You are kindly asked to contact the reception in case if the real arrival time is different from the one indicated. Moreover, you are kindly asked to communicate an estimated time of the arrival at reservation subscription. Check out should be made within and no later than 10.00 o’clock in the morning.

Cancellation-Policy: If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. The following conditions are meant here as automatically accepted at reservation subscription. For booking confirmation a credit card is requested as a guaranty otherwise a commitment deposit should be sent by a bank transfer.

Parking: Free parking is possible on site (reservation is needed)

Breakfast: Breakfast at the Santa Chiara is buffet style and is served either in the breakfast room or in the garden during summer.

Internet: WiFi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Bike rentals: Some two minutes by foot from the structure. It is possible to leave the bike in the garden of the structure during the nights, if previously authorized by the reception staff.

Luggage deposit: On the departure day it is possible to leave your luggage in a deposit in the reception, according to the opening hours.

Laundry: The nearest one is approximately 300 metres away.

Restaurants and Pizzerias: You can find excellent restaurants and pizzerias just two steps from the structure.

Transfers: For our Guests a taxi service is available for and from every airport and railway station at a convenient price.
